Israeli Terrorists hostage hundreds of Passenger Freedom Flotilla

Hostage hundreds of Passenger Freedom Flotilla activist for peace and humanity by Israel have lasted for 48 hours. Amazingly not a single state dared to do the rescue mission. Hundreds of hostages being held in an Israeli prison and we can only condemn it. Forms of terrorism by Israel simply can not be resisted by anyone even by Americans. This is not the first time a terrorist hostage-taking and massacre of Israeli terrorist conduct.

The round-up is particularly ominous in light of Israeli killings from March 7 to March 16, in which more than 150 Palestinian males between the ages of 15 and 45 were shot to death. On March 8 alone, Israeli troops shot and killed 40 Palestinians. Journalists have been expelled from Ramallah so that this low intensity Israeli genocide against the Palestinian people can proceed without publicity. Such inhuman tactics breed rage and evermore fanatical resistance to the Master Race.

(Compiled from Wire Services, April 1, 2002) - Seven foreign peace activists and a television cameraman were wounded Monday when an Israeli soldier fired at the ground in front of them, officials and witnesses said. About 100 demonstrators, Palestinian and foreign, were marching through the center of the West Bank town of Beit Jala behind a sign saying ``We want peace not war,'' witnesses said.

As they approached an Israeli armored personnel carrier, a soldier in the carrier fired several shots at them. Medical officials said a Palestinian and seven foreigners were hurt. They included two Americans, two Britons, and one each from Australia, Japan and France. The Palestinian, who was wounded in the leg, was a cameraman covering the march for the Associated Press, colleagues said.

An Israeli soldier also kicked and pushed a Reuters cameraman and fired one shot over his head while the cameraman was covering the demonstration.

The director of Beit Jala hospital, Peter Qumri, said one woman from Austrlia was undergoing surgery to remove a bullet wound from her abdomen and was in a satisfactory condition. The Australian woman was hit in the abdoment, along with six others.

A witness from Beit Jala, who gave his name only as Fouad, said: ``We were just marching in front of the tank and far away from our position they began to shoot live ammunition on the international (demonstrators). "The marchers raised their hands in a peaceful way and they started shooting immediately,'' he said. "Six or seven people were brought to the hospital.''

Groups of foreign peace activists are in the West Bank to show solidarity with Palestinians after Israeli forces sent troops and tanks Friday to besiege Palestinian President Yasser Arafat's headquarters in the city of Ramallah. The army said earlier Monday that troops had stopped 50 foreigners, mostly Italians, from entering Ramallah, where they had planned to join others who reached Arafat's office Sunday.

The group, calling itself Grassroots International Protection for the Palestinian People, wants to shield Arafat from Israeli troops who have taken over most of his compound. Israeli police said the army had handed over 10 French human rights activists to their custody pending their expulsion from Israeli territority.

Its been a whole year since the Israeli attack in Gaza, while Israeli threats remain to terrorize the civilians in Gaza, especially after the killing of 3 civilians in Gaza 2 days ago and another 3 in Nablus, the siege, which is the major problem for the 1.5 million people living in Gaza, the world remains silent against these continuous breaks of all human rights doctrons!

America fully supports Deadly Israeli Raid on Freedom Flotilla

The deaths of nine people during a raid by Israeli soldiers on a flotilla bringing aid to Palestinians in Gaza has once again brought worldwide attention on Israel's blockade of the area. Believe it or not because of Israel's defiance of any morality, decency and/or ethics; we are ALL paying through our teeth in one way or the other. Admit it for what it was, a MISTAKE! a costly one, and apologize. Its the human thing to do.Israel government put a embargo on media, from time to time they release photos and videos which are in favor of them, first they attacked people on the ship then they took them to hospitals and they only released photos when they are taking people to hospitals.

Who organized the flotilla?

The Free Gaza Movement, a Cyprus-based human rights group, brought together a number of organizations to form the Freedom Flotilla. The coalition includes the European Campaign to end the siege of Gaza. Another pro-Palestinian group, Insani Yardim Vakfi (IHH), a Turkish organization, also sent a ship. The flotilla left Cyprus on Sunday and had been due to arrive in Gaza on Monday.

Why a flotilla?

The Free Gaza Movement says it wants to raise awareness of what it describes as the "illegal siege on Gaza" by Israel. It says the blockade of Gaza by Israel is unjustified and that it denies Palestinians vital goods and services. "We want to raise international awareness about the prison-like closure of Gaza and pressure the international community to review its sanctions policy and end its support for continued Israeli occupation," the group says on its Web site.

What does the convoy consist of?

Six ships -- three passenger and three cargo vessels -- carrying over 10,000 tons of aid and 600 passengers from more than 20 countries, says the Free Gaza Movement. Most of the passengers were Turkish. The cargo consists of food, medical aid and other supplies including cement, prefabricated housing and educational equipment, the group said. The Turkish prime minister said Monday that the vessels were inspected before they left port in Turkey to make sure the cargo did not include weapons.

The blockade was imposed by Israel in 2007 after the militant group Hamas seized control of the territory. It is designed to stop the smuggling of arms into Gaza, the Israeli government says. Israel says the Gaza shoreline is closed to maritime traffic. Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said Israeli civilians were plagued a year ago by rockets and missiles fired from Gaza that originated in places like Iran and Syria.

What does the U.N. say about the blockade?

The U.N. has described the blockade of Gaza by Israel as the "collective punishment" of the Palestinian people living there. The United Nations has repeatedly criticized the blockade and the insufficient flow of materials into the area for basic needs and reconstruction. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has warned the closure "creates unacceptable suffering, hurts forces of moderation and empowers extremists."

What goods does Israel allow into Gaza?

About 15,000 tons of humanitarian aid flows into Gaza each week, Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said. Israel says it allows enough humanitarian aid -- including food and medicines - into Gaza for the people who live there and that the blockade is designed to stop Hamas from building or acquiring arms. Israel has never published a list of banned items but it has refused to allow into Gaza books, paper, blankets and reconstruction materials. The U.N. says 80 percent of Gazans rely on some form of humanitarian aid.

Why did Israel object to the flotilla?

The Israeli government described the flotilla has a "provocation" and said it was a political stunt. Danny Ayalon, the Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, said: "The organizers' intent was violent, their method was violent and the results were unfortunately violent." The Free Gaza Movement said the flotilla's aim was to "challenge Israel's blockade of 1.5 million Palestinians trapped in an open-air prison."

Was there another route for this aid?

The Israeli government said it would allow humanitarian aid on the flotilla into Gaza through its normal channels. An IDF spokesman said the vessels "refused to comply with an invitation to come to Ashdod port where they could transfer aid into the Gaza strip." Audrey Bomse, legal advisor to the Free Gaza Movement, told CNN the group did not believe the Israelis would let the cargo into Gaza and that the cargo also included reconstruction aid which Israel does not allow into Gaza

How did things turn violent?

The Israel government says its soldiers faced violent resistance as they boarded the largest ship, the Marmara. The Free Gaza Movement denies there was violent resistance to Israeli soldiers, saying the soldiers immediately opened fire on unarmed civilians. Video released by the Israeli Defense Forces showed intense fighting on the decks of the ship.

What happens next?

The ships were escorted to the Israeli port of Ashdod and 15 people who had been aboard were taken to an Israeli prison in Beer Sheva, according to a spokesman for the Israeli prison authority. Meanwhile diplomatic tensions rise. Turkey recalled its ambassador to Israel, there was widespread international condemnation of the Israeli operation and the U.N. Security Council met Monday.

Have ships been sent to Gaza during the blockade before?

Yes, the Free Gaza Movement on its website says it has organized eight voyages to Gaza, "successfully arriving in Gaza five times." The group said its "boats are the first international ships to sail to the Gaza Strip since 1967."

What is World Leaders Say About Deadly Israeli Raid on Aid Flotilla? "Then we started to hear screams, shouting, shooting everywhere," he said. "We heard some of them shouting 'we are raising the white flag, stop shooting at us'."
Audrey Bomse, also of the FGM, told the BBC that the activists were "not going to pose any violent resistance".
What The Leaders Say About Deadly Israeli Raid on Aid Flotilla: Israel's most powerful friend, the United States, was more cautious. But President Barack Obama said he wanted the full facts soon and regretted the loss of life
President Barack Obama told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu he deeply regretted the loss of life in an Israeli raid on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla on Monday and urged him to quickly get to the bottom of the incident (Reuters)

"The president expressed deep regret at the loss of life in today's incident, and concern for the wounded," the White House said in a summary of Obama's phone call with Netanyahu hours after Israeli marines stormed a Turkish aid ship bound for Gaza and at least nine pro-Palestinian activists were killed.

Benjamin Netanyahu :"They were mobbed, they were clubbed, they were beaten, stabbed, there was even a report of gunfire. And our soldiers had to defend themselves."

President Nicolas Sarkozy of France called Israel’s use of force “disproportionate,”

Tony Blair, the representative of the so-called quartet of powers seeking a Middle East settlement, said in a statement that he expressed “deep regret and shock at the tragic loss of life.”(nytimes)

“We need a different and better way of helping the people of Gaza and avoiding the hardship and tragedy that is inherent in the current situation,” the statement said

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemned the Israeli "aggression," declared three days of mourning across the West Bank and called on the U.N. Security Council and Arab League to hold emergency sessions on the incident.

Ban Ki-moon, the United Nations Secretary General, said he was “shocked” by the attack. “I condemn this violence,” Mr. Ban told news conference in Kampala, Uganda. “It is vital that there is a full investigation to determine exactly how this bloodshed took place. I believe Israel must urgently provide a full explanation.”

The president of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said it was “inhuman.”

President Yudhoyono of Indonesia "President of exploring to do mediation but indeed as I know the President has not succeeded in direct communication," said Presidential Spokesman of the Interior Julian Pasha Aldrin told AFP on Monday (5/31/2010).

"The president concerned and deeply regrets this incident and condemns hard," (jakarta post)

Nick said (May 31, 2010):I have lived with all kinds of jews in new York in the course of my life and have never found 1 Jew that was not a Zionist. I have been spit on, told I am not their kind and lost many friends because they became of age and were told by their parents that they can only associate with god’s chosen people.Where are these innocent Jews you speak of?

Steve said (May 31, 2010):While I was appalled and saddened by what I saw this morning in the news, I cannot say I was the least bit surprised. When I read the article on your site describing the irony and similarities to the Dunkirk flotilla, the first thing that passed through my mind was, “The Israelis aren’t ever going to let those ships through. They’re going to claim the ships were carrying weapons, or some other nonsense and they’re going to board them with commandos, long before they ever get to Israeli waters.” Imagine my utter shock (rolls eyes) when I switch over the USAToday.com and saw that’s exactly what they did, killing a bunch of them.It seems to me that the NWO creeps set the whole thing up to create a crisis atmosphere all centered on Israel and the middle east, once again. Keep the heat turned up, and everyone focusing all their attention and displeasure in that direction by sowing the seeds of war and strife, and then ride in to “fix it”. This whole thing smells like a set-up. If someone like me can see through the façade, it’s got to be pretty damned thin. God help us all.

"This operation will leave a bloody stain on the history of humanity.
--Turkish Deputy PM Bulent Arinc

I find it disgusting there are people actually trying to justify the state of Israel murdering people in international waters.
I must have compassion for my fellow US citizens who have spent a lifetime being bombarded with zionist propaganda in the news, church and MOVIES. I guess they never thought to question why there are so many Holocaust museums in the USA considering the Holocaust happened in Germany and Poland. I guess they never thought why there are so many Holocaust movies being produced and sold to the US public. I guess they never troubled themselves to learn that their Jesus was not jewish but rather an Essene and despised jews. I guess they never bother to learn about their founding fathers' opinion of the jews,
Ben Franklin for example:
"There is a great danger for the United States of America. That great danger is the Jew. Gentlemen, in which ever land the Jews have settled, they have depressed the moral level and lowered the degree of commercial honesty. They have created a State within a State, and when they are opposed, they attempt to strangle the nation financially, as in the case of Portugal and Spain."
What do I tell my fellow US citizens when the very morality their base their lives upon has been infiltrated and corrupted by a foreign agent?
yogishniz
This was a staged, anti-israel PR campaign.. Simple. They Lynched Navy personnel. and got themselves shot.
good. Im sad boat wasnt sunk.
these low-lives LYNCHED marine soldiers.. Stabbed them, Broke Jaws, hands, what "peace flotilla" does that!!!
they should have SUNK the morons

antithesi
I get it now. You guys always play the victim and you use the holocaust as your shield which is disrespectful to holocaust victims as well as the rest of the Jewish community. YOU are the victim, when you kill disproportionately more people and have nukes without having to even tell the world and break international laws with little to no repercussions...The world is now beginning to understand this and we will no longer tolerate your govt sponsored terrorism

Brad1234
Supporting the bigot state of Israel is UN-American. Israel is in violation of more UN Resolutions than any other country on Earth. As a former US Marine I support ANYONE who fights against the sickness called Israel. I would.

They were not Humanitarian Activists they were terrorists in disguise and used knives and axes to try to kill the Israeli Soldiers. Have they never heard the saying "Don't bring a knife to a gun fight"?
Ah well, that's a few less terrorists Israel has to deal with now.

viewer1111
really? what will real Humanitarian Activists do when they are attacked from well armed military? they will wait to be arrested illegally?...may be, they will apoligize from military forces for to tried them and gave operation cost to them....
hereforpeace

Please think clearly for a second. Israel did this to send a message to the world that nobody should mess with them, and that they can do whatever they want. They raided Gaza for a month and nobody did anything. Today, they killed human activists from all over the world to reinforce this message. These people tried to break this rule, they tried to say NO to Israel and YES to HUMANITY. Death was their prize for doing so. If I were there I would have done the same. Submerging to the Israeli will would have been just unhumanitarian and unjust. Dave from Chicago
